Together with Armand Aromin and Dan Accardi, we have been playing with the ways feet can layer into musical arrangement. In this project, we have been hoping to allow the creative process to be at least as important as the final product, and so we wanted to challenge ourselves to open it up at a much earlier stage, for outside eyes to see the raw materials and vulnerable aspects of creating something new. The first of several chances this spring to see our creative process at work, we invite you to join us to observe and chat about several new pieces early in development. This project is supported by a Live Arts Boston grant from the Boston Foundation.
